Camallergy launches Cambridge Allergy Partners to expand access to specialist allergy care across the UK

CAMBRIDGE, UK – 11 June 2026 – Camallergy has launched Cambridge Allergy Partners, a new specialist allergy clinic based in Cambridge with remotely accessible treatments designed to support patients across the UK.

The clinic has been established to help address a significant gap in allergy care. Food allergy affects a growing number of children and adults, yet access to specialist treatment remains limited to few parts of the country. For many patients, the pathway still ends at diagnosis, avoidance advice and emergency medication, with little access to structured specialist support.

The recent withdrawal of Palforzia, the only licensed peanut oral immunotherapy previously available in the UK, has left many patients and families with even fewer treatment options and reinforced the need for accessible specialist allergy services.

Cambridge Allergy Partners has been created to extend access to expert allergy care through a more practical and accessible model. Based in Sawston, Cambridge, the new clinic offers specialist allergy assessment and treatment, including peanut oral immunotherapy, combining clinical expertise with remote-supported care that enables treatment and monitoring to be delivered remotely following an initial in-person assessment. In a field where treatment can typically involve ten to twelve in-person visits over several months, this efficient and convenient model of care is intended to reduce unnecessary barriers for patients and families while maintaining high clinical standards.

The clinic is designed to support both children and adults and will offer specialist assessment, structured treatment pathways and ongoing clinical support. While Cambridge-based, its model is intended to reach patients nationally, helping expand access to specialist allergy services beyond those living close to major treatment centres.
